About the opportunity
We are seeking a Strategy & Operations Manager - European Markets to support the VP of European Markets & Business Operations and the General Managers to execute cross-functional strategic projects that have an impact on European markets P&L.
In this role, you will:- Have an amazing opportunity to work closely with N26 Senior Management and different departments of the Bank to define and execute strategic projects that have an impact in the different markets N26 operates in and their profitability

Lead end-to-end projects from initial strategy design to complete execution and ongoing improvement management -
Execute cross-functional initiatives involving several departments including: Product & Tech (Competitors Analysis, Business Case…), Business and Banking Operations (Process definition and optimization…); Data Analysis (User Insights research, reporting to the leadership or other business functions…), Finance, Legal, Compliance; -
Collaborate with our Local Markets Teams in cross-country initiatives -
